When to choose a custom branded canopy tent?
With the right design and graphics, a custom printed product can drastically increase brand exposure and help you gain new customers effectively.
Strong branding is vital to any business. Brand exposure and brand awareness is just as important. Marketing data shows brand exposure printed on items such as custom printed tents, signs, banners, flags and table covers, all can help increase floor traffic on an average of 55% at most events or shows. Additionally, more floor traffic can translate to an increase of 18-25% into sales, according to a San Diego State school of Business study. Moreover, a custom printed item, such as a 12’ flag, or a custom branded tent, makes you more visible from a distance and helps you stand out from your competition.
A Note About Fire Safety
One thing to remember is you definitely want to purchase a tent with a fire certification such as CPAI-84 which is an anti-flammable fabric used on the canvas tops. Most farmers markets and event venues will require you to have this tent or you’ll risk being cited or worst yet, forced to remove the tent during your event.
Custom Canopy Panel Terminology
Here is some custom canopy terminology to help you through the purchasing process.
“Peaks”
The top panels on a pop up tent are referred to as Peaks.
“Valance”
The flat part below the Peak is referred to as a Valance.
Our recommendation is to print your Main logo graphics on the Peaks, all four sides and your slogan, website or social media icons, such as your Twitter or Instagram handles on the valance. Get creative, as most printing is digital, or dye sublimated so as long as your artwork is in high resolution or vector format, you can print just about anything, even photos!
Walls
Adding additional branding accessories such as back-walls with your logo or half walls to convert your tent into a booth. This can help you control floor traffic and direct people to one entry point.
Flags
Most flags attach independently on a cross base or can be attached to the tent legs for maximum visibility.
Table Covers
If you do smaller events and don’t have the space for a tent, a table cover is a great option that will show off your brand as well. Most table covers drape over any foldable table quite easily.
