Returns Policy

Customers may return an item and receive a refund, minus a 15% re-stocking fee based on the original purchase price. Customers have 10 days from receiving date, but not to exceed 21 days from original purchase date. The package must be unopened and complete with all paperwork and parts intact. Customer is responsible for shipping back at their own expense, unless otherwise stated by Kittrich Canopy management.
